We start off with a nice deep stretching routine and ease into jump ropes or trampolines for a light cardio introduction. Next we pair certain exercises together which compliment each other resulting in a full body workout that increases cardiovascular health as well as strength and stamina. This class is open to beginners and the advanced, trained athletes. Our equipment and certified personal trainers can ensure a workout personalized for each student while keeping the class connected as a whole.
