12 jumping lunges
24 hollow rocks

WOD#3

Air squats
Pushups *LEGIT PUSHUPS, this is the WORKOUT!! Drop to your knees and you lose the intensity and main point of the workout….don’t do it, stay on those toes, no matter how many sets it takes.

WOD#4
15 jumping squats
16 walking lunges (hands behind your head)
17 dips (on a chair or bench, or bathtub, rock, or even a curb!)

MAX REPS DOUBLE UNDERS OR ATTEMPTS in 2 minutes
rest :30
20 STEP UPS (on bench, chair, tailgate, or even bed)
10 burpees
20 leg lifts – TOES POINTED ELONGATE!!
